Full-bodied, fresh and brisk liquor with floral, fruity and honey-sweet aromas; rich fragrance and bright yellow-red infusion.
Process: nano-scale ceramic membrane ultrafiltration enables 3-second dissolution in cold water (5°C). Flavor: clear and bright liquor, prominent black-tea aroma, clean taste, good acid stability.
Ingredients: Yabukita cultivar. Process: ball-milling under constant temperature & humidity. D60 ≥ 800 mesh; theanine ≥ 1.0%. Flavor: vivid emerald green, rich nori (seaweed) aroma, fresh and mellow umami taste.
Ingredients: Jiukeng cultivar from Jingshan, Hangzhou — the birthplace of matcha. Process: ball-milling under constant temperature & humidity. D60 ≥ 800 mesh; theanine ≥ 0.5%. Flavor: emerald green, lasting chestnut aroma, mellow and sweet aftertaste.
Ingredients: Ya Shi Xiang Fenghuang Dancong oolong from Raoping, Chaozhou. Process: traditional charcoal re-roasting combined with low-temperature membrane concentration, preserving the original floral and fruity aroma. Instantly soluble. Flavor: distinctive floral-fruity aroma, full-bodied taste.
Ingredients: blend of high-aroma black teas. Process: cooling and centrifugation keep the liquor clear while retaining aroma and freshness. Instantly soluble. Flavor: rich honey aroma with floral and malty notes, full-bodied.
