Training & Education

Training is Mingbao's greatest employee benefit and an important path for every employee to grow into a professional and a Mingbao person. Building a professional team that can “win battles” is the goal of Mingbao training.

Beyond offline training and exchanges around our core business, Mingbao has built the “Mingbao Online Academy” with third-party training resources, offering courses in professional literacy, professional skills and management knowledge to support business development and employee growth.

Culture & Activities
